"Nice clean property which offered free parking. Near a large supermarket. The restaurant was closed at night so we ordered food to be delivered and sat in the lounge area which was great. The room had shutters which made the room dark when we were ready to sleeps. Will stay here again!"

"The hotel is in an interesting location, seemingly uninviting at first, but after a day or two, once you become familiar with it and its surroundings, it proves to be an excellent choice for anyone attending a conference at the nearby Lyon Convention Center. The staff are kind, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained."

"The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). Later, when paying for the city tax, it took her good 5 minutes to come up with a bill for €1,48. To top it off, the staff forgot to call us a taxi, despite being repeatedly reminded that we really need it to be there early morning, less we miss our flight. Luckily, an Uber was near and flight caught, but I will never set foot in this hotel again. "
