"My family and I stay there two night, as soon as I got on the hotel room my two sons and I started having an allergic reaction to i don’t know what but we asked the from desk to change rooms and they were very helpful. Apart from that bad experience the begging we enjoyed our stay there."

"Disappointed that the TV did not work. There was no fridge. There was no microwave. The elevators kept breaking down multiple times I wasted hundred dollars of food for my children because there was no fridge or microwave. I don’t understand why I’m paying resort fees if I can’t have that, especially if the TV‘s not even working, and then in the self parking lot, it took us an hour to get out because there was only one exit open"

"I’m very disappointed about they not even giving a hot coffee maker inside the room so that we can make hot water to take the medicine I cannot believe this, the Coffee shop offer coffee taste bad sucks that’s why everybody go to Starbucks ! I try to understand why they don’t even give you a coffee maker in the room but I have no reason to think that traveler deserve to have a coffee maker in the room !"

"Upon arrival we spent an entire hour trying to figure out the parking — the parking garage was flooded as well as parts of the street, but there were no signs or personal directing traffic to park in the Harrah’s parking garage or other locations. Once we figured that part out (during check in) — check in was a breeze the young lady was very professional and had great conversations, can’t remember her name but she mention she would be on vacation the next few days. however, our room had a stink...

"Good central location on Strip. Felt we got good value for our money. Check in was slightly chaotic, we didn't have laundry bag in our room for dirty laundry, and safe didn't work. But the bed was very comfortable and soaking tub was nice. Would definitely go back. "
