"This is a very quiet and well appointed studio apartment on a scenic cobblewtone street. Pictures make it seem a bit smaller than it is, the place was a great size for the two of us exploring the city. Depending on your walking speed it's about 7 minutes to the trolley stop on 22nd and Market, and it's very close to the number 7 bus for an easy trip to the museums and Eastern State Penitentiary. The unit above is a shop, and the street is a dead end with only residential traffic, so at nighttime...

"Absolutely do not stay at this property. There is trash everywhere, some sort of tweaker shouting prayers in the same building. Had to leave on emergency and the property owners weren’t willing to budge on a refund. Not in a great part of Philly but not in the worst part I guess. Decent pizza around the block but for the pricing you can find something in old town at the same rate with much more to do. "

"Cozy little city nook located in University City, South West Philadelphia. Near Universities, police station, hospitals, restaurants, a supermarket and so on, very convenient location. Plenty of sleeping areas, comfy beds, Powerful showers and air conditioners. Cute deck. Quiet neighbors. Near public transportation. Truly enjoyed our stay."

"Property was clean and located near where we wanted to be. Double locks, one at enter and one at top of first flight of steps was added security. As many have said kitchen is lacking. If you plan to cook bring everything thing you need. Including salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. Paper plates are a good idea also, not many dishes. Worked well for us and was cheaper than the two hotel rooms we would have needed. "

"The building, apartment, and location were all great! And having free parking in the building was also great. However, the parking garage is so tight that I scraped paint off my car when trying to get through one of the many tight spaces. Now that I've learned to drive super slow and be very careful, I would stay there again. A compact car would be much easier."

"The apartment is exactly as listed in the description, if not a little better. It was clean, had plenty of space, and the location couldn't be beat. The host was very responsive to my questions and one special request. The check-in process went smoothly, precisely as communicated by the host. I will be staying here again."

"Check in instructions are clear and concise. I get cold easily but heating was not adequate. Be present when ordering food, someone took my DoorDash that was left out for only 7 minutes!"
