The ramp to the front porch was very handy and worked out great with him. The cottage was very clean and very nicely furnished. Very quiet community. "Brought the boat and stayed 3 nights with my 10year old son and my father. The house was great for us, very comfortable. We made use of the gas grill for our dinners. The dock is awesome. There is power to charge batteries and plenty of lighting. It is covered with lots of room for fishing. BTW, we caught more fish off of the dock than on the boat. "
