"I intentionally booked a beautiful room with a bath tub for the end of our trip to Europe. The day we were arriving, they switched our hotel and said they were “upgrading us” This wasn’t true. We went from a honeymoon suite with a beautiful design and bath with a full bed to a room that was very average with a “mop it yourself” shower and 2 twin beds. No one was there to speak with. "The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and the rooms were large and airy. It would be a great hotel were it not for a few thing. Firstly, the hard floors in the room just make noise travel downstairs. We were woken up on both nights by the room above walking around after midnight. Carpeting or rugs would be better. They sent email explaining "3 flights"-but with travel and limited internet access between booking and arriving, we did not get email before arrival. "Such a wonderful place to stay, only one stop away from Amsterdam Central by train, a very short walk to the train station. Uber is also a good option for quick access to the museum district. We got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and 2 very spacious bathrooms. The size of the apartment is amazing, and decor is so lovely. The staffs are great and very helpful. We really enjoy our stay. "

"Loved Bob W. Stunning apartment complex, really good location - only a few stops on the bus to Amsterdam Centraal. The bus stop is right around the corner not even 2 minutes walk.
