"I intentionally booked a beautiful room with a bath tub for the end of our trip to Europe. The day we were arriving, they switched our hotel and said they were “upgrading us” This wasn’t true. We went from a honeymoon suite with a beautiful design and bath with a full bed to a room that was very average with a “mop it yourself” shower and 2 twin beds. No one was there to speak with. "The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and the rooms were large and airy. It would be a great hotel were it not for a few thing. Firstly, the hard floors in the room just make noise travel downstairs. We were woken up on both nights by the room above walking around after midnight. Carpeting or rugs would be better. The hotel is advertised as having parking but it doesn't, there's paying on street parking or you have to take your chances in side streets. Very disappointed by this. The...

"Beautiful room but located up 3 flights of treacherous stairs (awkward spacing on a spiral). They sent email explaining "3 flights"-but with travel and limited internet access between booking and arriving, we did not get email before arrival. The email explained "check-in" Would have saved other confusion"

"Such a wonderful place to stay, only one stop away from Amsterdam Central by train, a very short walk to the train station. Uber is also a good option for quick access to the museum district. We got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and 2 very spacious bathrooms. The size of the apartment is amazing, and decor is so lovely. The staffs are great and very helpful. We really enjoy our stay. "

"2024年11月份在阿姆斯特丹入住该酒店五晚。这家酒店虽然离市区比较远，但是酒店附近就有一班轻轨途经市内各个博物馆和景点，并直达火车站，出行很方便。因为我们是早上到达的，酒店的前台接待人员在房间清洁后尽快给我们安排了入住，可以使我们在长途乘机后尽快得到休息，非常人性化！房间里配备有烧水壶、电炉、冰箱、简单的厨具和餐具，能在每天奔波回到酒店后烧壶水、泡杯茶。。。酒店一楼的餐厅，早、中、晚餐都不错，有很多选择，值得一提的是酒店隔壁就是一家中餐馆，菜品都不错，还可以吃到正宗的北京烤鸭，原来是一家米其林餐厅！都于到欧洲旅行的我们，虽然可以品尝欧洲的各种美食，但是能吃到正宗的中餐还是感到很幸福。总之，如果是自助游阿姆斯特丹，强烈推荐这家酒店！"

"I was offered a warm/tasty cookie at check in, and at that point they’d won me over. As someone that does not drink alcohol and most hotels only offer cocktails and champagne at check in so I found this delightful. The rooms were great, more spacious than you normally get in Amsterdam. Customer service was on point and not to mention location which was superb. The view from my room was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the room was spotless and had everything we needed. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay. "
