The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms fairly recently updated. The dining room and many of the bedrooms have a wonderful view over the Lerwick harbour. Had paid for a triple room, but one of the beds was a roll-away stuffed into a twin room, with very little room left to move around. The roll-away bed collapsed every time someone sat on it, but they had to send staff twice to check because they didn’t believe us. Were finally offered a single room free of charge.
