"We recently stayed at Five Points South for a family wedding in Birmingham, and very much enjoyed our stay. There were three families in the house, and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of charm and very clean. Great backyard and front porch area. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Birmingham."

"First, I was told that because I was not checked in by 6pm, my card on file was charged for the entire stay and it was not the card I wanted charged. Second, after arriving, I was told I couldn’t use tap pay to pay for my room. Even though I gave them a physical card for my deposit.
