"We had an excellent stay at The Grand Brighton and found the room, restaurant, bar, and staff services to be exceptional. The location was fabulous offering convenient access to surrounding areas and a gorgeous view of the ocean. On the last night of our stay, the battery on our keypad failed (along with a few other rooms), and we were not able to get into our room for several hours. However, the staff handled the incident with care and did all they could to make the situation right for us. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend The Grand Brighton."

"The hotel was smaller than expected however this made it very homely. Most of the staff could not do enough for you although one or two of the breakfast staff were quite abrupt which iniatially came across as rude. This did get my back up until I got to know them a little better. Louise was phenomenal, genuinely lovely and made you feel like you were family. I had a lovely stay. Thank you"

"Lovely hotel, good position on the beachfront within walking distance to all the major attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked 3 rooms and in one bedroom 502 the access to the bath and shower was difficult and would be very dangerous for older people. The shower screen and wash basin leaves very limited space to get into and out of the bath and there are no handrails at all. Something that could easily be remedied. "
