"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. "The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"We chose this location due to its proximity to Rubys where I was holding my 60th birthday party.The check in process was an absolute nightmare! You had to collect keys from a busy newsagent which was a 25 minute walk from the property with luggage! The owner of the newsagent was rude and very uncooperative he said the code given was wrong and totally ignored me whilst he served other customers.
