The location is fantastic, service great, and the cockatoos polite (mostly). LOL This property far exceeded our expectations and we’d stay here again for sure. Our only suggestion for improvement is to get rid of the carpet and put in a hard surface floor which won’t keep odors. "

"Had a great stay at the farm! Communication with hosts was clear and we were provided with lots of info and ideas on what to do during our stay. Initially it states that the house is a 13 minute walk from lorne.. it was actually about a 40minute drive from lorne but had a great stay regardless of this. Really loved going up and visiting the goats and ponies as well! Thanks John and Maria "
