"We stayed here for 1 night. We reached a bit after dark and it was our first night in Iceland. The guy at the reception did not understand much English. It was very dark as there is no light pollution. It would have been helpful if he had come with us to show the room, as we had to cross a little bridge after parking our car and we were fumbling in the dark. It is not far from the parking, or the main building, but he just gave us the keys and pointed outside, rather than just take the 5...

"Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with plenty of continental options. Room was comfortable although not great for tall people due to the sloped ceiling. Nice hot tub and good location to see the northern lights. "
