"Amazing hotel! We had such an awesome stay with such a cool view! We were treated with such kindness by Dzung and his wife. They were so gracious, charming and helpful. He provided us so much helpful information about the town and activities, loaned us bikes to use for the day, and they made us a great breakfast every day. Our room was great and we got to explore so much of the town! A huge thanks to Dzung and his wife for facilitating such a great time in their beautiful town. An 11 out of 10!"

"Very friendly and welcoming family and staff. Clean comfortable rooms with great views. It was cold when we were there so having the aircon switched to heating was a boon. The food was good and filling which was appreciated, as the nearest restaurants and shops are 10 minutes walk away. Breakfasts are freshly prepared but as this is a small hotel it is not buffet style, it is nonetheless filling and tasty. Bikes and motorcycles are available for hire at the hotel. "

"The staff and management were friendly añd obliging, the property clean and well maintained. It was so peaceful and the scenery magnificent. We loved being able to borrow the homestay's free bicycles to ride to the Trang An river cruise. The staff gave us water and a snack for our onward journey which was much appreciated. "

"We spent two nights at the Fairy Mountain Retreat, it is such a nice place. The moment you enter they welcome you with a smile. It is so peaceful here, the location is perfect, all the sites are accessible via bicycles or scooters. Thuy and Hai are awesome. Thank you for your hospitality!!!"

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. "The host here is great! Super friendly and accommodating! The area is remote and quiet, you can rent motorbikes at the shop/home down the street. Room is clean with a nice view, good WiFi too. We stayed right before Tet, so it was hard to get a Grab car to the shuttle that was taking us to Hanoi at 7AM, the host called his friend who gave us a ride. I highly recommend this place! :)"

"They were doing construction work above our room starting at 7:00 in the morning and nobody at the hotel even thought this could be annoying for 2 families with young kid trying to have some peaceful rest. Even after mentioning it, the noise and hammering continued for a while. Same happened in the evening. "We were only at this home stay for a few hours but the owners were super accommodating. We had a unfortunate situation where a purse and passport was left on a bus that continued on. Within a less than a 6 hour period the owner got it figured out, made arrangements and got the passport with all its money, credits cards, etc. back to us. So far as to running out the retrieve it from the bus station when it was returned back to the city."

"This was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left.
