All staff were friendly and professional. Used the spa and had a massage. Great massage and fabulous facilities. My only reason for a 4 star was the food. We ate in the bar, after waiting 40 mins we asked about our order and the kitchen had forgotten to make it but when it did arrive it was very nice. Buffet breakfast a bit...

"This hotel has an amazing history and needs to be supported so it can be preserved. Our room was a really good size (triple) and had a separate dressing area. The breakfast was excellent value. The bathroom is due a revamp but was still serviceable. Make sure you check out the piano bar and main stairwells."
