"Our room was very good, although water pressure was very low. (Room209) However our friends had a room that had not been updated and that was markedly dated and ill-equipped. They had only one chair in a double room.(Room 230). The staff were always efficient and attentive with good sense of humour. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Went hiking in snowdonia for the Easter weekend. Booked this place around a week before - at great price. Was given a bigger room than expected. Initially booked here to just crash for the nights but ended up getting local takeaways and enjoying them in the hotel room. Will definitely be back- can’t recommend enough. Bonus was having superchargers right outside the room. Only small downside was the tiny bins. "

"This is an excellent hotel, situated in an ideal position in Betwys y Coed. The staff were lovely, especially Jude who took care of us for the week we were there. The rooms were good, clean & comfortable, good bed. The food was ok - typical breakfast fare and a decent restaurant without being spectacular. Overall an excellent stay. I would definitely go there again. "
