"We had one of the cottages for our stay. It was super cozy despite the frigid temps (February). The parking was well maintained despite the large amounts of snow and they still worked to clean up even more. Parking was no problem. Plenty of breakfast seating. The pool area and hot tub looked great even though we didn’t use it. There was also a game room for kids. Probably a bit pricy (as game rooms are) but provided a short distraction for the kiddo. This is a random like, but whatever kind of pillows they had on the beds were amazingly comfortable. I wish I knew what they were! Great stay overall. Will definitely stay there again."

"Staff was very helpful, our room wasn’t ready upon arrival but they seamlessly got us into another room seamlessly. I came here for the indoor water slides and it’s a hit with my 8 year old boy and his friend. It’s not overstimulating like a typical indoor water park and easy to keep a watchful eye. "

"Pros: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the king suite was much larger than expected. It was a great location, right in the heart of the outlet shopping and great restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice but could have used a better cleaning. Cons: It was outdated, one tv was not working properly, the tub (jacuzzi) was very hard to get in and out of and the water was just warm on the hottest setting, and the free breakfast was not good at all; eggs tasted like they were made from something powdered, sausage was dried out, and coffee tasted burnt. "
