"The Carriage House is lovely. Comfortable in every way! It was immaculately clean! Wonderful light and an added bonus is the patio for AM coffee! As a self contained apt., it was very quiet. Be sure to walk the neighborhood where there are hundreds of great restaurants and great places to sit and watch city life. We loved The Carriage House and will stay here anytime we’re in DC— Loved it!!!! Thank you!"

"We loved this property! It was a quick ride on the bus to the National Mall each day with restaurants and grocery stores close by. The beds were comfortable, space was clean. Really enjoyed having the ability to do laundry, however the machine was a washer/dryer combo so it took forever to do a load of laundry. The dryer took hours to dry clothes. Overall, the building was safe and quiet. We would stay here again."

Every detail of the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, modern, fully loaded with everything we needed for our stay. And the location on 14th street was so walkable to all the great restaurants.Check in process was easy and the host was a great communicator. Highly recommend"

"Great clean home in a perfect neighborhood. We parked our car and rode bikes the whole time! Owner Steven very responsive to our special needs. We wanted to try to get the Colts game on the TV and he was able to make it happen through 2 phone calls and 6 texts. Found out later his wife and he had just had a new baby 2 days B4! Will be back!"
