"This is a 4 plex and near the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper you may be woken on occasion but DO NOT let that stop you from staying here.Beautiful home, very clean, easy access to DC and surrounding areas and very helpful hosts.My elderly parents arrived before us and the host was lovely they said in helping them access the home.Overall great place 10 out of 10 would stay here again."

"We stayed at this home Christmas week. It proved the perfect base for family aged 87 to 16. There was room enough for everyone to spread out. Commuications were excellent and host was very responsive. Our goal was to be able to have both traditional holiday dinners and gatherings and the adventure of exploring monuments and museums.The set up would also be convenient for families with younger children. If you want plush spa towels and fine linens - like you might expect at a hotel - bring them....

"House was clean, well lit, and had spacious rooms including a very large and well-equipped kitchen. The private parking spot accessible from the alley behind the house is very convenient but a bit tricky to pull into. The one issue in the kitchen was that there was no coffee pot, so had to be creative to make coffee. Location was close to groceries and restaurants and very convenient for getting anywhere in DC. There is a very nice remodeled bathroom off one of the bedrooms. The only other issue...

"A gem of a townhouse where family could get together. Furnishings and appliances are high end and practically new. The house was newly painted with classic furnitures.It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Joshua , the owner is very attentive with any needs and concerns we might have. Next time we are in this part of Maryland, we would be happy to book this townhouse again. We really had a great time. It felt like home."
