"Yellowwood was the perfect house for six college friends who were visiting Middleburg for a friend’s wedding. The beds were comfortable, the house immaculate, and check in and out could not have been easier. The house is a split level, with a large family room down stairs and two bedrooms and a full bath. "Perfect house for my family. Perfect location for my granddaughter’s wedding. Only 1.2 miles The house was so well equipped with everything anyone would want or need. Loved the yard and all the surroundings. "

"The house had a lot to offer. There were 18 people total who stayed in the house with plenty of room. No one felt like they were on top of each other plus there were a total of 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. We were here for a short trip and having all the family be able to stay at one location really made things run smoothly. The game room was a hit with kids and adults. Unfortunately, if you plan on going to bed while there are people up there, there is no insulation so you hear everything....

"We had a wonderful time at the house! Took advantage of the hot tub and bon fire pit. It was an amazing way to end the days. The fenced in yard was amazing for our doggies and they loved the property as well. :) The third bed (downstairs) is more of a loft bed, so keep that in mind. My friend is very tiny so it wasn't an issue for her, but my mom wouldn't have been able to get into the space. FANTASTIC SPOT! "

"The house is perfect as a base for exploring DC and Northern Virginia. A safe and friendly neighborhood, the park and ride parking lot is a short drive [East Falls Church] with the orange and silver lines taking you to all the top attractions. A modern, well equipped kitchen, good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of towels in the bathroom. We would book again."
