"Arrived at 4 on a Saturday and although we had been warned about the car park being small, there were spaces available. Reception was polite, quick and efficient, including a reservation for an evening meal. The room was large (room 5) and clean with a newly refitted bathroom, comfortable beds and blackout blinds. It was also quiet, despite being situated in the town centre just a short walk from theatres and a beautiful park. Breakfast was cooked to order with a large choice. Also veggie friendly. Will definitely be back. "

"Fabulous hotel. Very welcoming. Beautiful decor. Junior suite we had was absolutely huge! Bathroom was sublime. Huge comfy bed. Very quiet room. Delicious breakfast. No space in the car park, but EV charging in cheaper car park 2 mins' away near the library. "

"Excellent one night stop. Room was fantastic but no heating and there was a lot of furniture in front of the radiator. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. It’s well presented and tasty. Found the bar expensive but I suppose that’s the economy these days."

"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."
