We stayed for a family gathering, and it was perfectly sized, spacious with 2 seating areas, a dining area and a small but well-equipped kitchen area in between. One of the best things was it's location - we all travelled by train from various locations and the flat was only a 10 minute walk. "Lovely, quiet place to stay. Accommodation was clean and modern. Plenty of wood supplied for the log burner. Thank you to Jules & Chris for the wine and chocolates on arrival. Plenty to do in the area. A must is a walk through to the vineyard for some wine tasting (especially on a lovely sunny day). Ledbury and Malvern are close by and there are also a number of pubs and restaurants not too far away.Would highly recommend The Coach House and we will return if we come to the area again."

"I was blown away by the excellent service, an amazing stay with so much attention to detail. Couldn't fault it in any way. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Can't do enough to make your stay so special. The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Sometimes the bathrooms let the rooms down but not this one! The pianoist at the baby grand at dinner every night - perfect! Such a relaxing enjoyable experience. Will be back."

"Excellent stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced and was located in the centre of Worcester. The room was clean, cosy and spacious. The breakfast was ample with plenty of choice including veggie sausages. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay"

"The hotel was lovely in a fab location the room was delightful clean spacious plenty of towels lush bed fridge iron etc the management & staff couldn’t do enough for you !! And breakfast choices were excellent we didn’t have dinner as we went to see family near by but menu looked very nice "

A good choice in the centre of town.

"Very well situated hotel in the heart of Malvern. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We opted for one of the cheaper rooms and so did not have a view, but the room itself was absolutely fine and was good value. We have found that more and more hotels are charging for parking, so the free parking here was very welcome."

"The hotel is situated in wonderful grounds. The room we had was spacious and clean. Would have preferred a larger shower than an oversized bathtub though! The staff were extraordinarily friendly and attentive. The food was incredible and some of the best we have had at any hotel. Great place to use as a base while in the area. They have set the bar extremely high, just hope they can maintain it!"

Great break. Busy restaurant though.

"Started overnight for couple's spa break. Pool/spa facilities are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent amenities, though the TV was old and out dated, hard to navigate channels and didn't have any streaming apps. Restaurant food was great, only slight issue was speed of service. Started arriving before drinks and when we asked for our wine a second time just told "the bar is busy" no apology or even confirming it would be checked on. "
