"This was our 2nd time staying here. There were a few snags (some to no fault of theirs) along our trip but nothing crazy. They were easy to get ahold of and got back to us in a timely manner. The park is really nice, has a nice pool and is gated. Yes the house gets warm during the day but there are extra fans for when this happens. "The house is simply not what it advertised. We followed the previous vacationers, and the dishwasher still did not work. We had an issue adjusting the water temperature in both the king suite and the upstairs shower. The king suite could not be adjusted (adjuster frozen), and they never sent anyone. We could not use the room off the pool because there was an issue with odor and the air conditioner. "The owners provided bare minimum supplies, instructions and other customer accommodations and services but extensive instructions on rules and limitations. I did not expect to have to clean the grill for use. The outside front & back were obviously not a part of regular cleaning. Sections of the flooring were unsafe, including carpeted stair risers in which I slipped , spraining my ankle and dislocating my knee on the first day, eliminating my outings for the entire time."

"The house checked just about all the boxes we had for a long weekend golf getaway with friends. Plenty of space, rooms/beds were fine and close to the golf courses. Pool was nice to take a dip, but the house definitely needs some work/updates. Overall, it’s just what we needed."
