"The house is simply not what it advertised. We followed the previous vacationers, and the dishwasher still did not work. We had an issue adjusting the water temperature in both the king suite and the upstairs shower. The king suite could not be adjusted (adjuster frozen), and they never sent anyone. We could not use the room off the pool because there was an issue with odor and the air conditioner. "Rudy was a wonderful, caring, responsive and involved host. He contacted us frequently to make sure we were having a wonderful trip and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable time. What a special person. The weather was above average the first 4 days so we got to enjoy the kayaks and we got to enjoy fishing off of the dock. The fireplace at night was beautiful. "The property is beautiful. A few minor tweaks could make it even better. We couldn't get into the house when we arrived. While they gave me the correct code, they did not tell us that once the code was entered, we had to hit the Schlage button to unlock. A few items were not functioning and the kitchen was missing some items that would have made the stay better. Microwave was missing the glass plate, the dishwasher would not close (therefore could not run it), the TV's in a few rooms were not...

"The house checked just about all the boxes we had for a long weekend golf getaway with friends. Plenty of space, rooms/beds were fine and close to the golf courses. Pool was nice to take a dip, but the house definitely needs some work/updates. Overall, it’s just what we needed."

"This was our 2nd time staying here. There were a few snags (some to no fault of theirs) along our trip but nothing crazy. They were easy to get ahold of and got back to us in a timely manner. The park is really nice, has a nice pool and is gated. Yes the house gets warm during the day but there are extra fans for when this happens. The house does need some maintenance but again not anything that would ruin or prevent us from visiting again. Otherwise, really nice place to stay. We will probably...
