"Very sweet little room we had to twins. Storage is good 2 wardrobes to share stuff. All very clean and beds were comfy. Check I in very easy they just give you a code for keys. Bathroom was clean however it was very small and no shower curtain or door so the floor got very wet and had to use our hand towels to mop it up leaving us with no fresh hand towels"

"location was great and in a very close distance to the train station. and the central attractions. Cleanliness, was good for the amount paid. bed linings were clear and ready to be fitted to the bed by ownself. Staff were helpful but very busy all the time dealing with customers. Facilities needed for a backpacker were sufficient: WiFi, Socket, Space to sit and eat and work and enjoy the time. Bar and reception area was however, noisy and tiny and crowded most of the times. Happy to come again...

"I quite liked this place for the price. Location could NOT have been better!!! It was such a perfect location! Staff was amazing and so helpful!! There was a tinnny elevator which was so helpful to get the luggage to the room. It was clean, and beds pretty comfortable. My sons bed was more comfortable then mine, mine had a weird lump/roll in the middle. It was verrrrry hot to sleep here. No ac as most places in Germany. "It is a fairly average, cheap hostel. Staff member upon check-in made me pay twice as I had pre-paid on expedia but then paid also on arrival - so be sure if youve already paid. This was all resolved the next day by a helpful lady. Beds were very creaky so every time you moved it would make a noise. Lockers were a bit temperamental - you have to be quite forceful to ensure they are closed. Bathroom has mould in, so it needs a good airing after shower use. "Very unclean and worn building. Half of it was a building site so works began early in the morning. The basement room had a window that you could hear people moving about all night. The shower and bathroom were so bad we really refrained from using it at all. A taxi driver informed us that there are women who offer extra services in this hostel. AVOID THIS HOSTEL. Wasn’t even cheap compared to other accommodation we were just desperate for somewhere to sleep. "

"This place is a private house converted into guest rooms, including the cellar. My room was in the cellar. It didn't have a window, only a skylight with a grate across. It was dark and one morning there was a slug crawling on the floor. The bed didn't have a proper mattress or bedding. On top of the bed was a foam topper, on top of that a day blanket and a cover blanket that I don't think were clean. "The room was reasonably nice, but you definitely need to contact and set up which room you will be in before you arrive. There is no reception for the Hostel specifically, but there is a Turkish or Lebanese restaurant below that acts as a reception. If you do not have your room number they will not be able to help you and may seem totally clueless that they are the ad-hoc reception of a hostel. "
