"I appreciate the stay but the communication was not good at alla. I sent many requests without any answers. It's a pity. I requested a proper invoice instead of receipt but no satisfation. I sent online requests and even discussed with people at reception but no solution till today. I can't recommend this hôtel"

"Good apartment, next to uban station, only 2 stops from the Dom cathedral and the Hauptbahnhof (main Station). Clean and nice, spacious even for the M flat. And not expensive! "

"Die unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber, die wände sind dünn und man hört die zimmernachbarn leider durch. Nino der Zuständige vor ort war super und sehr bemüht. Das war top. Schön ist es, dass es eine Küche gibt und man auch selbst kochen konnte. Es war alles in allem ok. Die Lage ist eins A und wer es nicht astrein braucht für den ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. "

"Exceptionally clean, self-catering accommodation. Convenient location close to Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof and Schwebebahn. A range hood over the cooktop would be good - accidentally set off the smoke alarm. I heard another guest managed it as well. No dishwasher or washing machine in room. Guest laundry only had one machine and was never available when needed. Public laundromat nearby was good - cash only. "

"The rooms are nice and clean. Feels like a studio. I like the location being right by the grocery store (REWE) and several cafes, bakeries, and dining options. It’s right by the train station. "Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."

We actually had to drive an extra 20 mins away from the city before getting to the hotel. This is because their address is not correctly entered. "We stayed in the urban view room and it comfortable and quiet (silent even, thanks to the insulation). Great tv position meant you could settle in to a netflix movie easily, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and had an excellent shower. The view from the window was STUNNING and included the railway and the cathedral, which we loved. The terrace had great views of the cathedral, and the reception area had comfortable tables and sofas to chill out on. The bar had good options (Kölsch, cocktails and softs) and the free coffee was an excellent perk. We didn’t order breakfast as we thought that €17 pp was too much. Overall, we loved our stay at Urban Loft and will definitely be returning next time we visit Köln. "

"This is a beautiful and quaint property facing the river. I stayed one night in a double room. Was on the corner with view of the river on one side and the promenade in the other. The staff were lovely. They gave me wonderful recommendations and held on to my bag after checkout as my train did not depart until 5pm and I wanted to get some more sightseeing in before leaving. The room was spotless and the decor is very pleasing. I especially enjoyed the strong shower head pressure. Would absolutely stay here again!!"
