"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"Stefanos Ferienwohnung ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, die Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche tiptop und lässt keine Wünsche offen. "Die Ferienwohnung am Iseosee war perfekt für uns. Sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer und mehrere Balkons, so dass man Sonne und Schatten wählen kann, wie man es möchte. Die Küche mit Wohnzimmer ist bestens ausgestattet, und alles ist sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage mit Pool ist super gepflegt und ruhig. Die Landschaft mit ihren Bergen und dem See ist atemberaubend schön. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Objekt für eine vierköpfige Familie nur empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank."

"After several days in Rome and Venice, Simona and Valentina's home in Sarnico was an oasis. The two are wonderful, welcoming hosts. The apartment is beautiful (and spotless)-- thoroughly and thoughtfully modernized while retaining its historic charm. Great shower, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, A/C, a couple of bikes-- couldn't ask for more. Turns out, you don't have to-- on our rainy day, an umbrella appeared outside our door. "We appreciated all the extras supplied like coffee, kettle and the dishwasher. It was very hot during our stay so we struggled with a poor functioning fan, but we were grateful to have it. Better than nothing. We were disappointed that the listed hostess didn't respond to any communication in the lead up to our arrival (possibly due to no English), therefore making checking in a more difficult process than it should have been."

Just what we wanted

"The hotel is so conveniently located that we as many others, were able to walk from the airoport to the hotel in a short time. The receptionist was friendly and professional and gave us very good recommendations. We had a nice dinner at their cute restaurant and booked a shuttle for the next day very early flight. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant design, and very clean. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed and windows to a nice courtyard. The bathroom was also very nice. The next time we are flying from Orio al Serio to any destination we will for sure book a room at the NH hotel."

"Enchanting hotel within the heart of Bergamo, lots of boutique and high street brands in walking distance. Also near the train station, bars, restaurants, café's and gelaterie - reception can recommend. The staff are always courteous and you will receive a warm welcome."
