The facilities, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, are more than adequate. I would like to commend a male Malay staff member at the reception on the afternoon of February 13, 2025. Despite facing an incredibly rude and arrogant lady, presumably a hotel guest who was throwing a tantrum at him, he remained calm and courteous throughout. If that lady happens to be reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself! The only issue I encountered was that a pair of shorts went missing from my room. I called the service line to enquire but unfortunately, no one got back to me. "
