One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. "We book two appartments for two nights, both are bad. Water is running slow that you can't take a shower. The worst is NO water in the morning. Two beds with flea. Appartments are heavily bad smell. Air con of the bedrooms are working. Overall poor condition and dirty. Staff are helpful and willing to address our issues. "This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them.
