"This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. "The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a central location. Everything was as listed but housekeeping could be inconsistent. Axon Residences offers great facilities including a gym, sauna / steam room and an infinity pool on the 37th floor with awesome views of the city. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit KL. "
