"Easy check in, had a parking garage and was able to walk to all of downtown. Friendly staff, the breakfast was good and even received free drink vouchers (up to $6 each) for one night. Had a nice view of downtown and the location couldn't be beat, would definitely stay there again."

"It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside (preferably in the sun), a picnic/patio table. The pool is currently closed for the season so there's nowhere to go to be outside. "

"The room was very clean and located in a good spot for dining while on vacation. The traffic was very heavy but overall it was a great stay! The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I will stay there again on our next visit to Hot Springs, for sure."
