"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. "Staff lovely customer service. Hotel nice and clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Toilet in bathroom didn't seem fitted to the floor, very wobbly when sat on. Food was plentiful but quite strange nothing really went together as a mean. Our last day... Pigs trotters! Absolutely not! Hotels central, walk down a slight incline to beach. Overall a pleasant stay."

"This was our third stay at t this lovely apartment. Francesco is a wonderful and helpful host who really cares that his guests are happy. The apartment is very comfortable and we especially love sitting in the outdoor kitchen . Lovely pool and all very private and secure. It is in a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet, with just a short taxi ride into Benidorm. Francesco and his daughter are very happy to take you to the shop and wait until you are finished, as well as providing airport transfers....
