"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"Staff lovely customer service. Hotel nice and clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Toilet in bathroom didn't seem fitted to the floor, very wobbly when sat on. Food was plentiful but quite strange nothing really went together as a mean. Our last day... Pigs trotters! Absolutely not! Hotels central, walk down a slight incline to beach. "This was our third stay at t this lovely apartment. Francesco is a wonderful and helpful host who really cares that his guests are happy. The apartment is very comfortable and we especially love sitting in the outdoor kitchen . Lovely pool and all very private and secure. It is in a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet, with just a short taxi ride into Benidorm. Francesco and his daughter are very happy to take you to the shop and wait until you are finished, as well as providing airport transfers....
