"We booked into the apartments on Boxing Day ,had to wait a few hours for the keys when we got in there we turned around and left ,I have never in my life seen such a dirty ,damp and dam right disgusting room took the keys back and phoned you to sort my refund back"

The only fault that I could find with the room was the door frame and door requires some work doing on them. It looked awful. Would I stay there again. A definite yes "
