Excellent food options that are really well cooked. Extremely convenient location for getting the Alicante to Benidorm bus. The drink options were very nice with the all inclusive spirits and cocktails being rather pleasant especially compared to other hotels where the drink can be hard to stomach.

We just came back never been to as known Little Britain before Would we go again possibly my wife certainly would Me not so sure The food and hotel is good it’s very convenient for everything the old and new town Old is better than the new town In my opinion If you’re on a boys holiday Take the new town end

Hotel was nice, hairdryer lasted about 20 seconds before triping out, food was normal hotel food, before putting yogurt on fruit noticed it was 9 days out of date , gave this to staff, got no apology , front desk sfaff were friendly but restaurant staff couldn't even smile

Lovely hotel in great location
We spent 3 nights. Had a fantastic time. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. We went all inclusive but because of our flight times we arrived at 23.50 and bar closed 24.00 sharp and we had to check out at 06.40 but nothing in hotel information to let you know you could visit restaurant early for a light breakfast or a coffee it was only as we checked out at reception that we were told but by that time it was too late so. Food was excellent but probably wouldn’t do all inclusive if I stayed again would opt for half board. Staff were pleasant but not well informed about things as when you asked them a question they opted for an I don’t know answer but I am guessing it was because they didn’t understand English

The hotel is perfect, it’s adults only, it’s in a very good walkable location near to the beach front. The food is outstanding with a lot of choices to suit everybody. Great snack bar outside by the pool for lunchtime if you don’t want to go down to the restaurant. Hotel is very clean, the staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms are lovely. The hotel is quite central for all the bars and shows and is a very short taxi ride if you want it. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Amazing place
It is a really nice hotel, very modern with friendly staff. However the swimming pool is freezing and the hot tub was not on the whole time. The food was either really good or very bad however you do get a free trip to the spa that is definitely worth it

Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you

The staff especially on the bar was very nice. Custamor service was very outgoing, prefessional and fun. Too bad that the saunas weren't working at least few days and when it worked the showers on the Spa area were broken. The price was also suddenly 1€more per person witch was told on another day.

All-inclusive package was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, courteous and very helpful. Food was served in buffet style - wide variety to suit every taste - particularly liked homemade soups, and carvery style roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, baked ham, pork belly and rib of beef (served on different days). Cabaret varied each evening on the terrace and was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff not very helpful. No help taking bags to room. No wait service around pool. No minibar included in the all inclusive. No robes in room. Have to pay deposit for pool towel. Snack bar near pool was horrible. Worst chips ever. Restaurant is only buffet style. No menu. Poorly designed property, no sun on most parts until late afternoon. Woyldnt stay here again and definitely wouldnt recommend.. way too much money for very little!
