I felt l was in an episode of Porridge on TV should have been a sofa bed on the info it showed 2 single beds but we had a BUNK bed and I'm 76 yrs old not the best this property is over price friends paid the same for there flat and it was total luxury very disappointing

Unfortunately, the room was very small (4th floor) with only one sofa bed. Plus, the door frames were either missing or hanging off the walls. (one piece of frame - on the bathroom door - was lying against the wall). The apartments are also adjacent to the local church, so if you want a lie-in, you will not be pleased with the bells ringing every 15 mins!! On a plus side, location was between Levante and Poniente beaches (just off the viewing platform), so just a short walk to the old town, marina and either beaches - 2 to 5 mins. The old saying "You get what you pay for" I suppose! :)

The room was lovely and what we expected from the description. It was located very central near the Balcon de Mediterranean and Tapas Alley. It is also situated right next to the church so be prepared for the dongs starting at 9am and 15 mins there after.

Great modern apartment in a good location
Great little modern apartment that can sleep 4. It's got everything you need and is in a great position in the old town one block back from the sea and a stones throw from tapas alley. Also quiet at night but near to everything lively

Great Old Town location, lovely penthouse terrace
The previous reviews do this gem of a place justice. Positioned by the church in the old town it has a great location. The penthouse studio has the best view being at the top of the building, from its terrace. The shared terrace for the other apartments is on the roof of the penthouse studio, and was in use during our stay, so our terrace wasn't very private and a little noisy. Overall a lovely new studio but if you want more space and proper beds choose one of the lower apartments, but then you only have street views. There are 62 stairs to climb to the penthouse studio, so be aware if this is going to be a problem. The sofa bed is the main reason I cannot give this a five star review. The mattress is thin and not ideal for a week's sleep. We decided to leave it up but this left very little space in the room. However the studio is very nicely done and the fantastic terrace made our stay.

Excellent position
Small newly renovated apartments in a traditional building in the old town next to a church (with regular bells!). Well situated on a narrow street for all that the old town offers and very close to the beach. Spotlessly clean and secure with keypad entry to the building. I can't comment on the staff as there aren't any there as there only 4 apartments. Bed is a sofa bed. Please bear in mind there is no lift. But if you want an apartment in the old town you shouldn't be disappointed.

Great Location Gorgeous Views
We were a bit worried about having just a sofa bed - however it was surprisingly comfy. Room was very clean and although compact was plenty for the 2 of us. We had the room on the 4th floor which had a lovely big patio and a great views over the harbour. No lift so be prepared for the 4 flight walk - fine for us - but just be aware. Location is right in the middle of old town near Tapas Alley. 3 min walk to the beach and the bars on the sea front. I would highly recommend these apartments as we love having a little kitchenette for cold beer and wine and snacks. About a 25 min walk to the new town and bars like the western and neptunes- but that worked off some of the beer each day. Communication with the owners was easy they were very clear on how to get into the apartment as there is no reception and were very helpful prior to arrival over email

Faultless
The only problem we had was with the door panel upon arrival. We could not work out how to get in, until I eventually found our conversation with the apartment owners, which explained things brilliantly. Basically, the only problem was caused by heat and hypoglycaemia, not the hoteliers.
