"I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa...

"Our 2nd visit here, good location 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants. All staff polite and friendly. Everywhere clean and rooms large with separate seating area. "
