"My husband and I affectionately renamed Black Bear Hollow, the 70’s Throwback. Although the property is a bit dated, it was charming. We particularly liked that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house, and we enjoyed time in the den and in front of the fireplace. The property is in a secluded and quiet area. Our only issue was with the kitchen. I had to clean a previous food spill out of the refrigerator, as well as dirt in the top of the oven, dishwasher, and the drawer at the sink....

"Absolutely beautiful and spacious home. We loved the hot tub and the piano is a nice touch. The only complaint we had was that the HOA turns the water off from 7 pm to 7 am every night. Not too big of a deal, but this probably should be explained up front. We would definitely stay here again."
