"Front door did not lock fully, dirty taps, sink and bathroom, dirty carpets and seating, faulty electrics with toaster, stove did not work at all, faulty light in bathroom, this was repaired the next day, wall sockets in child room you could put a whole set of fingers in so badly fitted, could not lock windows, no bid lid in kitchen and we were given address as 76 not 74 so took two hours to get in."

"The staff are the best. They made my stay fantastic. The living quarters were great, unfortunately I was right near the kitchen which is quite noisey. The room was a little cramped because of the awkward corner it was in. But that didn't take away from the lovely experience I had. Very attentive and friendly staff from the front desk to the kitchen to housekeeping. The art and quarters in the main communal area were beautiful. I would definately go back."

"We came in at 12 from the air-port but still the reception was friendly smiling and it took 30 seconds and we were on our way to our room. We stay at the Lodge quite regularly and must say the "new" updated look is great. It looks much more business like and the colors blends in well."
