"We stayed on Long Island for 4 nights to coach a Perfect Game Baseball Tournament. This property was spacious enough to host my wife and I along with 4 other coaches (6 adults total). We were also able to bring our two jack russells with us. We had a great time, and look forward to staying here again."

"We had an absolutely amazing time at Brian’s home. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was perfect! The home was spacious and the deck was perfect for grilling and hanging outside. This home was great for a big family to get together and have a relaxing fun weekend together. We would definitely recommend and would love to go back ! "

"The owner was very friendly and great with communication. We arrived as he and his wife were wrapping everything up with the house getting it ready for my friends and I. He was so friendly and very welcoming and even gave my friends a small tour of the house and backyard. The house was beautiful, it was clean, organized and cozy. There was so much to do! "The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. The kitchen silverware drawer was filthy, requiring my wife to clean the draw and was the silverware. "This property has everything you need for a quick getaway! The owner Frank was super helpful and very responsive to any questions I had. He provided a lot of recommendations on where to eat, shop and explore. The home is located right by the beach-can walk right around the house and boom you are at the beach. I am sure it is business in the summer but in the winter it is nice and quiet! The location is in the center of everywhere you need to go for food, gas, restaurants, other beaches, etc....

"My friends, partner and I stayed over Columbus day weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the heated pool still being open, which was a huge highlight. The house was super clean and had everything you would need. We did have a minor issue with the hot water not working in the cottage, but other than that everything was great and we would defintely stay again!"
