"This property has everything you need for a quick getaway! The owner Frank was super helpful and very responsive to any questions I had. He provided a lot of recommendations on where to eat, shop and explore. The home is located right by the beach-can walk right around the house and boom you are at the beach. I am sure it is business in the summer but in the winter it is nice and quiet! The location is in the center of everywhere you need to go for food, gas, restaurants, other beaches, etc. Definitely will come back again!"

"What we liked: Nice location by the water. House is generally nice with full kitchen. False Advertising: At the time we booked, AC was listed multiple times as an amenity (I have screenshots of the original posting). There were no indications that parts of the house were not air conditioned. However, the home did NOT have central cooling, but instead had central heating. There were a couple of cooling units, one in the master bedroom & one in the living room. These only cooled the living area & master bedroom. 2 of the 3 bedrooms & both bathrooms did not have cooling, which made them too hot during the summer weather for our party. Undisclosed Rules: The host had a bunch of rules that were not disclosed to us when booking (including a rule that no shoes are to be worn in the house). They also expect you to do laundry. Before checking out in the AM, guests are required to not only throw towels & sheets in the washer, but they are asked to dry all towels too. We paid a lot for cleaning & the host asked us to do laundry, clean the kitchen, take out the trash, strip beds & more. When we texted to ask if laundry could be done by the host given we paid so much & we don't have time in the AM, the host replied "All you need to do is just get the towels to the dryer. Not fold them. And you can leave the dryer running when you leave. And just as a side note that [X amount] doesn't even cover what the cleaners get to clean the house. And those are the rules the owners put in place.""
