I cannot recommend it enough. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by hens and cats. We were then shown to our ‘living area’, bathroom and upstairs - a double bed and bunk beds. "Quaint B&B in the pretty village of Middleham with it's very own castle. The room was beautifully presented and very clean. The lady owner and her two dogs were very accommodating. She went out of her way on the second morning of our stay with breakfast when the village had an electric cut. We ate at the local pub, cooked by her husband. We were very grateful! Lovely to see and hear the clip clop of race horses as they came past the B&B in the mornings."
