"First off reception don't really talk English so there was a bit of a barrier from the start, then I found a hair in my bed, we asked for a double bed and they gave us 2 singles and we couldn't change rooms cause they were booked. House keeping didn't knock before entering (do not disturb signs aren't available). I wouldn't think the hotel would be considered 3 stars but I guess you get what you pay for. "

"We stayed for 7nights as a family with 2kids. And everything was perfect; place, room, beds, pool, breakfast, dinner! Above all, everyone who works at the hotel was so lovely. We were very welcomed.
