"Great lake place with everything you might need. All 4 of us adults had plenty of space of our own. We used the lakeside grill most nights and made breakfast in the main kitchen each morning. Nice hiking trails and golf courses near by. Loads of other amenities we didn’t get a chance to use. Would definitely book again next time we’re in the area or with the family. "

"This house did not disappoint! Located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views from the huge windows. I was impressed the moment of our arrival to find the home as described. Huge living areas, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, well stocked clean bathrooms and kitchen. A large group of us traveled to the area to visit family that lives in a small home in Bella Vista. Wonderful space to enjoy visiting while kids enjoyed the ping pong table and exploring outside. We also relaxed at the fire pit...

"We had a great time here. Ms Rose is very nice! Her condo had everything we needed to give us a comfortable and relaxing stay. We hope to go back soon. My boys loved taking the kayaks out on the lake. There is a beautiful waterfall close to the dam with walking trails and bike trails everywhere! The Rec Center was nice. And of course there is so much to do in NWA. "

"Due to the major snowstorm cleaning was a little late, but the manager was cooperative and mostly timely in communication. Due to the more emergent concerns, it would have been nice to message directly through phone numbers, the VRBO messenger requires both of us to constantly check the app, which can be difficult for both parties. However, we were treated well, and the manager got the site cleaned while we were out to dinner. It was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Definitely recommend."
