"We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. Beds were comfy but room itself is in need of a revamp. Shower screen didnt fit bath properly so the floor got...

"Great hotel and great breakfast. Only complaint was the extremely poor bar service. I watched several people come to the bar to get a drink but then leave again as no one served them. We had one drink before the concert and then went on because of this. Money walking out the door!"

"Great hotel. Check in online was very easy to use. Super comfortable beds. The bathrobes were a great homely touch after a nice bubble bath. Would definitely stay again. One little suggestion I do have is. The safe in the executive suites is little high for those of us that are vertically challenged "
