Obviously convenient for the airport, hence the 4 stars for that. Staff are helpful. Room carpet, needing refreshing (I won’t go into details). Power cut at 2am meant no electrics or water, but this was out of the hotels control due to the known incoming storm Darragh. Staff helped as best they could. Having checked in at midnight and having a shower on arrival, meant this wasn’t too inconvenient, and the water bottles in the room helped at 6.30am!!! Thankfully my 8.50am flight did manage to leave in high winds, so it could have been far worse. In summary, I have used the hotel many tims before, staff are always welcoming, and using the hotel as a meeting point before heading into the city or for a few hours before an early flight out, works well.

Decent hotel conveniently located right next to the airport terminal building. The room was comfortable enough, but felt a little pricey for what was on offer. Breakfast was an additional charge as well.

This was an overnight stay to enable easy access to early morning flight. Hotel comfortable, good sized bedroom and comfortable bed. Staff cordial and helpful. Food was ok for price charged. Have stayed here a few times and find hotel convenient and comfortable but does require a spruce up. Would happily use it again.

Pleasant stay, after delayed flight.
Perfect stay for family at short notice, after arriving late due to a delayed flight and car hire facility had closed for the day. Staff very accommodating, but it was slightly on the expensive side for staying only a few hours.

Very close to airport but far from everywhere else. We would like to give a shout out to Filip from the Maldron City Centre who was just wonderful allowing us to leave our checked bags as we had booked the wrong hotel- he literally saved our trip and was so gracious about it! Just wonderful!!!

The Hotel is at the airport and away from everything else. The rooms are of much lower quality compared to what rates they charge. I checked in at 9:30pm and the staff refused even a one hour later complimentary checkout the next day. The charge 7.5 Pounds extra for room service. Breakfast quality is just average. Overall a disappointing experience.
