All the staff i encountered within the hotel were friendly, efficient and professional,the bar and restaurant are an oasis from the airport which is literally a stone throw away.I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and it has never disappointed, it is a little expensive, however you definitely get value for your money, i would recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you have an early flight.

I ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked perfectly I would suggest my room 309 had a good hoover around the bottoms of skirting boards edges of room Also bath sheets rather than bath towels Last minute booking due to technical problems at airport Very convenient only about 2 minute walk to departures

This is the only hotel at Belfast International Airport so it has a captive audience. If you need parking for a holiday be sure you book with the hotel directly as they are merciless if you don't. We has a problem and were dismissed to other aiport parking. I found reception staff unwelcoming and abrupt but dining room and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you need shower cap, body lotion bring your own as only shampoo and soap provided in the room.
