"Shelby at the front desk was sweet. Beds are comfy. Rooms large. We had 2 PSD service dogs with us. My only suggestion is to clean up the pet area and cigarette buds. It’s shameful that pet owners do not pick up after their dogs. We are respectful owners who care and appreciate hotels that accommodate our pups. People who do not clean up jeopardize facilities hosting pets. "

"Outstanding property with a lot of stunning features and beautiful art decorating this historic hotel. The sister property El Chaco offers all the amenities of a modern hotel, but I’d rather stay in Hotel Albuquerque because of the tranquility and, furthermore, I felt the history when I was walking through the hotel and around the property. That’s always a very surreal feeling."

"Check in was great, breakfast was great. I went out to my car and returned with my room key in my hand to some front desk lady on an extremely rude and condescending way if she could help me- I had literally walked out for 2 minutes to pack my car and walked back in. Then she asks what room I’m in, again, super rude and condescending and accusatory, and even when I told she she pretending like she was looking me up. I’m not sure why she had to act that way Monday 2/17 at around 8am- black hair, black shirt, shirt and a bad attitude- the only staff you have with a bad attitude "
