"I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"No research at all as our flight to Hamburg had been cancelled 12 hours before. The hotel couldn’t have been located any better the suggested noise didn’t bother us at all. We love the eco-room where you could choose to have free drinks rather than have your room service stepper. "
