Please cancel any bookings you have here Pro: • Location • Big space and nice terrace Against: • Front door to building is broken and replaced with dodgy door and plywood frame which is constantly open. The broken front door has a constant alarm. • Lift is broken to ground floor. "I want to discuss a full refund due to the fact that we didn’t even end up staying at this flat. There were some sort of ticks and insects ALL over the beds, ceiling and walls. It was unsantitary in so many levels. The stairs were flooded and lights didn’t work."

"I will start with the clear message, stay away! we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs all over the bed head. We did physically see one on our last night, however after we had some rush in our skin since the past days. But after seeing the bed bug in the wall, it all matched. "Arrived at 11 pm and the building entrance was too dark. ended up using my phone light to walk in and navigate my way through 3 doors. Elevator was not working, called the service number with no answer. Couldn't find the lift instructions in the email. I climbed the stairs to the 4th floor with my luggage. "We ended up giving the apartment a 4 star rating due to two factors. One, the listing stated soap and shampoo provided, but there was no shampoo and only a small bar of soap that looked to be more for washing hands at the sink vs. bathing. Not a huge deal, but if none was to be provided, it would have been nice for the listing to state as such. Two, the check in was OK, perfunctary. We had to wait outside. All in all, nice place. Would recommend."

"The apartment was appointed beautifully! Clean. Modern. With an elevator even! The location was so-so. I felt comfortable walking the neighborhood during the day, but I don’t know if I would at night. It may be a safe location, but that’s not the vibe I got. The neighborhood seemed dirty. The sidewalks were littered and had dog feces in a couple of places. There is nothing negative I can say about the apartment though. It was perfect!!"
