"The location is fantastic. Tram is very close. 2min walk. Very fun concept of staying in a train. Staff lovely. The negatives were dragging suitcases up three very long staircases. Also we were in C31 which was supposed to sleep 2 people. No working ladder to the top berth. Bottom bed would maybe sleep two 8 year old kids. Not two adults. Should not be considered a double room. Had to sleep feet to head so that we could fit. If trying to sleep an adult this should be a single room. ...

Great communications from the team ahead of arrival, making access a breeze. I even got notified that my apartment was ready ahead of time which was welcome.
