"Very clean and the staff was nice. Mark at the front desk offered great service. I would have given it 5 stars but the lack of hot/warm water was a real issue. I took the coldest shower of my life and complained the next morning so they moved us. The water in that room was lukewarm that day but freezing the morning of checkout. Hot water is a necessity in a hotel. I really hope they don’t launder their linens there with no hot water. "
