"When I called The Drury Reservation line, I was told there was only 1 room left at the Shadeland Ave Indianapolis location charge would be much higher Thankfully I booked online with Expedia. I booked a room for much lower price. The person I spoke to on the Drury reservation line was not very helpful or respectful. "

"We are breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant a few times each. Every meal was delicious. The staff recognized us and filled our water jugs while we ate and gave us to go cups as we left. Very happy. "

"My stay was very nice. I had never stayed at a Best Western before so i didnt know what to expect. The beds were very big and comfortable. All of the linen smelled fresh and the room/bath was very clean. I would definitely stay again. The price was reasonable "

"Fantastic stay! We were in town for the Lions game and only stayed one night. We arrived at noon and our room was ready…very luck, but still a nice surprise. The room was great and had a nice view of the city. All the staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was very close to the stadium and had plenty of night life and dining options within a few minutes walk. "
