"This property is in a great walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. there is a grocery and coffee shop on the ground level, a Starbucks next door, and restaurants on the block! The room was very clean, great view of fireworks for NYE, laundry in your room, a balcony, no complaints at all! It was my anniversary and Kasa left us a $10 Starbucks gift card in our room which was a thoughtful touch! Also a coffee machine, cookware, and a couple snacks too! Thank you for a great stay! "

"The communication was excellent, with quick and efficient replies. The space itself was spacious and. However, the kitchenware wasn’t clean upon arrival, and the balcony door was broken, which made the noise from outside more noticeable and allowed more cold air to come in. The noise level is to be expected given the central downtown location. Overall, the stay was decent, but a few improvements could make it much better."

Also, if you can't walk up stairs or lift your luggage, be advised, there is no elevator. "The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). "The accommodations were just as I hoped. Unit was clean and orderly. The thoughtful staff had left flowers and a card as we were not there on vacation but for my brothers celebration of life.
