Scott was super friendly and responsive even to the point of buying a coffee bean grinder for the kitchen when he found out we had whole beans. The outside areas were really nice to hang out in and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and pots, etc. we couldn’t have been happier. Great trip."

"Clelia’s cottage was a perfect place to stay when visiting Austin for our Niece’s birthday. It’s in a quiet neighborhood still close to area amenities. The space was cozy and spacious for us as a couple and the kitchen and living space would be great for meal or relaxing and the desk is perfect for a little work or web surfing. "

"We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. Hosts were super kind and responsive. The home is connected to the main home, but hosts give you all the privacy (even at the pool) that it was like you had the whole place to yourself. It’s such a gorgeous home, I was in awe. The kitchen had all the appliances you need too! Absolutely recommend staying here. Felt like a luxury hotel...

"Myself and my kids (12 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed this tiny house experience! It was the perfect amount of room for us 3, my son of course enjoyed the TV side of the loft playing his Xbox. We have been thinking about buying a tiny home and this one definitely made us want to do so!! Thank you guys for being great hosts! We appreciate you!!!"

"This was the perfect-sized space with all the amenities needed. It was close enough to the convention center (short 10 minute walk), as well as the east side of the freeway I had not explored that had many more nice restaurants and bars than the busy west wide of sixth street. I was pleased with this an alternative to the expensive hotels closer to the convention center."

"We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin."

"TV never worked, AC was terrible. They finally sent over a tech after 36 hrs. He could not do anything about the TV and suggested it needed to be replaced. The toilet bowl cleaner was dirty and rusty. As a handicapped person, walking up and down a steep paved alley was challenging. Not worth the $$$ allwywn "

"Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. They were even making improvements for us as we arrived. Even though it is in close range to the main house we never noticed any disturbances whatsoever. Highly recommend!!"
